Hi, I’m Sonya - I’m so glad you’re here.

I founded Counterbalance to fulfil one mission: to bring wellness into everyday lives.

After 10+ years in sales, working in property, media and technology, I realised I wasn't living my life to its full potential.

Living in Asia, in Singapore, I quit my job in ad-tech and moved to the beautiful island of Bali, where I retrained to become a Health Coach and Yoga Teacher. I’m currently studying Naturopathy and BioMedicine.

I developed The Plan after seeing many private clients struggle with the basic fundamentals of eating a clean, nutrient-dense diet that didn’t count calories. I wanted to create a way of eating that left them feeling excited about food, satiated, and nourished from the inside out.

I am excited to guide you through this program and will be with you every step of the way. This way of eating will require you to make big changes in the way you think about food - but if you’re reading this, I know you’re ready.
