Before menopause, every woman experiences a four-phase monthly cycle. Even if you’re currently on birth control but plan to come off eventually, it’s good to get a head start with your hormones.

Learn the fundamentals of working in alignment with your cycle and how each of the hormones that make up your cycle work and thrive. Learn what foods to eat during the first official phase of your cycle: your period.
WEEK TWO: Finding Your Flow and The Follicular Phase
Delve into the inner workings of the second phase of your cycle - the follicular phase. You’ll understand how and what to eat to support this chapter and discover why eating this way will not only make you feel better physically but give you back a sense of control we often lack when it comes to our hormones.
WEEK THREE: Slowing Down and The Ovulation Phase
Discover how your energy ebbs and flows like the seasons with your monthly cycle and how to best support this when it comes to your mindset, movement, and your food choices. You’ll learn how to feast over your ovulation phase and what to fill your plate with.
WEEK FOUR: Trusting Yourself and The Luteal Phase
Finally, feel a sense of control with your food choices, movement styles, mindset, and managing your hormonal symptoms. Week four teaches how to eat to support your final phase of the cycle. Leave feeling equipped to handle every cycle from here on out.

This program is for women who want to learn how to eat to support each phase of their hormonal cycle and feel more connected to their hormones. This is for people who have struggled with symptoms such as: bloating, PMS, PCOS, fatigue, cramping, weight gain, acne, poor sleep.

Yes - this will teach you how to eat in line with your cycle even if you currently don’t have a cycle and/or period. It will help you understand and track your symptoms so if you choose to come off birth control you’ll have alternative methods to control symptoms.

Yes for breastfeeding. And no for pregnancy.

What foods to eat and which foods to avoid at each of the four stages of your cycle. You’ll learn how to use meditation to support your cycle. And you’ll learn how to track your cycle and symptoms each month.
