The Real Food Plan

Join my real food plan, an 8 week programme to help you successfully come away from fake and processed foods, stop being reliant on snacks and quell hunger cravings. This detox runs entirely online, so you can take part from anywhere in the world. There will be weekly seminars and together in our group you will learn about the importance of real whole foods in your diet. The seminars are informative and fun - get ready to challenge traditional thinking as I debunk dietary myths over the 8 week course.
What exactly are we detoxing from?
Sugar is the most addictive substance on the planet - when I first started cutting it out I couldn’t believe the profound difference it made to my life: from my waist line to my energy levels. When I moved back to London it felt like everyone I met wanted me to help them shed a few pounds. That’s when I decided to put together a group detox, a way to teach people WHY they should cut out fake processed foods and how to get the most from real foods. As soon as I tell people I run a sugar detox the most common response is ‘Oh, I don’t eat sugar’. Whilst this might be the case for some of you, most of us don’t actually even know where we are consuming unsuspecting sugars!
How does it work?
The plan runs for 8 weeks. Now, I’d love you all to permanently quit sugar but 8 weeks is a great starting point and I guarantee you won’t want to go back to how you ate before! I run the seminars once a week and I set up how you can change your eating patterns, come off addictive processed foods and feel the best you have ever felt in your life. The detox I have designed is an elimination diet - I have designed it in such a way so that you can better understand your body. Perhaps you have intolerances or gut sensitivities you didn’t even know about! As we slowly reintroduce foods naturally higher in sugar, you will be able to tune in with your body and for some of you this experience alone will be life changing.

How should I expect to feel?
That really depends! Not only on how many glasses of wine you’ve consumed over lockdown and Christmas but also on how your gut processes food groups.
Withdrawal is real though and as your health coach I will make sure you are aware of what might lie in store for you and also support you when side effects surface (headaches, lack of energy etc).
That doesn’t sound fun - when do I start feeling good?
Again depends - but anywhere from 3-7 days into the plan will you start to see the benefits of eating in this way!

Virtual Yoga & Meditation
How does Virtual Yoga work?
We run virtual yoga classes via zoom! Enjoy a 45 minute Vinyasa class with a 15 minute meditation to set you up with your isolation day in the right head space! You will just need your mat and your beautiful body. Our classes are by donation - pay what you like!
Why should I do Yoga?
Yoga offers strength, flexibility and most importantly a sense of mind body awareness that many of us are lacking. This awareness can leave you feeling both relaxed and energised for your day! Our yoga is based around your needs - if you have problem areas our yoga teacher will specifically design a class that is perfect for you.

With everything that is going on we understand that things can certainly feel overwhelming right now. We have a team in place who are trained to be able to help coach you through any personal or professional challenges you may be facing.

We will start with a free 45 minute call where your coach can begin to understand some of the challenges you are facing. Together you will decide on the correct path to help you achieve your goals. The role of a coach is to support and help you reach heights you may have thought unattainable alone.
